Clay Street is just a short 10-15 minute walk to Bond Street which will benefit from Crossrail upon completion in 2018.

Crossrail is a new high-frequency, high-capacity railway from Maidenhead and Heathrow in the west, through central London to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east.
